I went to high school with Jamie’s brother, Stephen. During high school I somehow found out from Stephen that his brother Jamie was a musician and wanted to build a web site to promote his music. Jamie and I quickly became friends and enjoyed talking to each other as I built his web site, hearing about his adventures, time in college, etc. Somewhere in storage I think I still have some of his old CDs too that I used for ripping MP3s of his songs for his site! I updated the site over the course of a couple of years until Jamie moved onto another project and I went to college. We lost contact around then and sadly, never reconnected as our lives went on. I’ll always remember Jamie entrusting this teenager with helping his early music career and just being a genuine, kind person. I wish we had a chance to reconnect, but I am happy for the memories we had together. My condolences to all of Jamie’s family and friends.
